Vietnamese Reading

Read the following text very carefully and see what you can understand without looking at the English translation, and see what you understood from it, you can use our Vietnamese dictionary if you want.

Điều 26:
1) Mọi người đều có quyền được học hành. Phải áp dụng chế độ giáo dục miễn phí, ít nhất là ở bậc tiểu học và giáo dục cơ sở. Giáo dục tiểu học là bắt buộc. Giáo dục kỹ thuật và ngành nghề phải mang tính phổ thông, và giáo dục cao học phải theo nguyên tắc công bằng cho bất cứ ai có đủ khả năng.
2) Giáo dục phải hướng tới mục tiêu giúp con người phát triển đầy đủ nhân cách và thúc đẩy sự tôn trọng đối với các quyền và tự do cơ bản của con người. Giáo dục phải tăng cường sự hiểu biết, lòng vị tha và tình bằng hữu giữa tất cả các dân tộc, các nhóm tôn giáo và chủng tộc, cũng như phải đẩy mạnh các hoạt động của Liên Hợp Quốc vì mục đích gìn giữ hoà bình.
3) Cha, mẹ có quyền ưu tiên lựa chọn loại hình giáo dục cho con cái.
Điều 27:
1) Mọi người đều có quyền tự do tham gia vào đời sống văn hoá của cộng đồng, được thưởng thức nghệ thuật và chia xẻ những thành tựu và lợi ích của tiến bộ khoa học.
2) Mọi người đều có quyền được bảo hộ đối với những quyền lợi về vật chất và tinh thần xuất phát từ công trình khoa học, văn học và nhgệ thuật mà người đó là tác giả.

Article 26
1. Everyone has the right to education. Education shall be free, at least in the elementary and fundamental stages. Elementary education shall be compulsory. Technical and professional education shall be made generally available and higher education shall be equally accessible to all on the basis of merit.
2. Education shall be directed to the full development of the human personality and to the strengthening of respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms. It shall promote understanding, tolerance and friendship among all nations, racial or religious groups, and shall further the activities of the United Nations for the maintenance of peace.
3. Parents have a prior right to choose the kind of education that shall be given to their children.
Article 27
1. Everyone has the right freely to participate in the cultural life of the community, to enjoy the arts and to share in scientific advancement and its benefits.
2. Everyone has the right to the protection of the moral and material interests resulting from any scientific, literary or artistic production of which he is the author.
