It is very easy to ask the question in Belarusian to get a yes or no answer: it is to pronounce the confirmative sentence with a rising intonation.
Гэта твая машына. – Гэта твая машына?
This is your car. – Is this your car?
To ask a special question you put the question word before the sentence:
Чыя гэта машына?
Whose car is this?
